The freedom hub rehabilitates and supports slavery survivors through their survivor school.
The Freedom Hub Survivor School provides survivors long-term wrap around support. It do this by running free, personalised classes to assist them in recovering from complex trauma. Further, we have courses to help them become ready to work.
2024 Pitch
Funds Raised: $34,560
Freedom Hub pitched for funding to support 10 to 15 survivors to complete their 'Thrive' pillar ready to be placed with a screened and partnered employer. Classes include: Admin skills, Computer skills, Financial skills, Communication skills, Office skills, and Work Ready skills as well as any skills required for the specific employment pathway they are training for.
